What happens in the free consult?
It’s 30 minutes, online or by phone. We review your health history, medications, and goals, recommend a medication, explain how to use it, and go over benefits and side effects. We also cover nutrition, protein, hydration, and keeping your muscle. You leave with a plan, and your medication ships straight to you.
Is this a long-term contract?
No. There’s no membership, no subscription, and no fee to stop. You can pause, adjust, or stop anytime.
Do I need insurance?
No. Your program is self-pay, and every price is shown upfront before you commit to anything.
What is a 503A pharmacy?
A 503A pharmacy is a state-licensed pharmacy that prepares medication for an individual patient from a provider’s prescription. Your medication is dispensed through one and shipped to your door. Your provider will walk you through exactly what you’re getting during your consult.
How do refills and dose adjustments work?
Use our refill portal, or call or email our nursing line. It’s free. If you’d ever like a full 30-minute one-on-one sit-down with your provider, that’s available for $50, though most patients never need it.
What if I live in California?
You can still enroll. A flat $35 shipping charge applies to California addresses.
Do I see the same provider every visit?
Yes! We keep our team small on purpose, so it’s easy to request the same provider for every check-in. That said, we all care deeply about our patients, so if you don’t have a preference, you’ll simply see whoever’s next available.
